Shipping

Domestic

AÉRÉ.DK offers free standard Shop delivery in Denmark and standard Shop or Home delivery for all other EU counties. Domestic orders placed by 12 pm will be shipped as soon as possible or the next business day.

EU

All EU orders will be shipped within 24 hours with a charge of €10 (Shop Delivery) or €20 (Home delivery) no matter the quantity and size, unless anything else is stated on the product page.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Returns

Return Costs

AÉRÉ.DK accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that all original tags are attached Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s).

Where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. 

Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are non-refundable. Please note that we do not return custom made atelier prices. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

14 Days to Return

AÉRÉ.DK accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged within 14 days of the item’s ship date, provided that all original tags are attached Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s).

You may return your item(s) to us using your own shipper if you wish. If you do, please return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. Please send your return in the original box. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.


Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider.

Exchange

Your retuned product cannot be replaced. Please place a new order online. You will be reimbursed for the returned product. If you have received your returned product as a gift, the buyer will automatically receive a refund. Please note that product purchased on AÉRÉ.DK cannot be returned to authorised retailers.

Pre-paid Label

To receive a pre-paid return label please contact customercare@aere.dk stating your order number, name and email. We offer pre-paid return labels on all orders, except sale orders. We will handle your request as soon as possible but but allow us up to 24 hours.

We also remind you that if you decide to return the product without using the label supplied by AÉRÉ, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be refunded. In this case we advise you to entrust the return shipping to a secure courier and retain the receipt as proof of shipping.
